Analysis on the Application of the Residents Health Card in the Hospital

目的落实国家卫生计生资源整合顶层设计规划——"4631-2工程",推进居民健康卡在湖南省湘潭市中心医院各个就诊环节的全面应用。方法通过和银行及自助机厂商的合作,对门诊就诊、住院就诊、支付环境以及相对应的软硬件进行改造。结果居民健康卡在本院的门诊和住院的各个环节均可顺利使用,方便了患者,提高了医院的服务效率和整体管理水平。结论居民健康卡是医疗卫生部门给老百姓办的一件实事,随着覆盖面及功能的逐步拓宽,将发挥更加积极的作用。

Objective To implement the National Health and Family Planning resource integration top-level design and planning-＂4631-2 Project＂ and promote the comprehensive application of residents health card in Xiangtan central hospital for each treatment session. Methods Through the cooperation with the bank and the self-service machine manufacturers, the outpatient service, the hospital admissions, the payment environment as well as the corresponding hardware and software were transformed, supported the application of resident health card in our hospital for medical treatment. Results The resident health card in our hospital outpatient and inpatient in all aspects can be successfully used, not only greatly facilitate the patients, but also improve the hospital＇s medical service efficiency and overall management level. Conclusion The resident health card is a practical thing for the medical and health departments to do for the people. With the gradual expansion of coverage and function, it will play a more active role.
