Research and Implementation of Health Human Resource Database in Jiangsu Province

本文分析了传统的卫生人员管理中存在的实际问题,以及在新形势下对卫生人员管理的新要求,提出了依托江苏省全民健康信息平台,建设省级卫生人力资源数据库的思路。旨在利用信息化手段加强全省卫生人员的管理,为新医改相关政策在江苏落地提供及时、科学、可靠的数据支撑,同时建立创新、高效的卫生人力资源管理新模式。

In the context of deepening the health systems reform, the management of health care personnel is also moving towards a more refined direction. This paper analyzes the practical problems in traditional management of health care workers, describes requirements for the management of health care personnel under the new situation, and puts forward the idea of building a health resource management database based on the regional health information platform. By making full use of information technology to strengthen the province＇s health care staff management, it provides timely, scientific and reliable evidence for the new health care reform.
