Design and Application of Hospital Information Maintenance Platform

分析医院目前信息维护中所面临的矛盾与问题,并结合信息部门工作特点,提出开发信息维护管理平台的解决方案。旨在通过建立服务请求流程、完善设备资产管理、实现知识经验分享等功能模块,摆脱传统工作中面临的被动及滞后的困境,实现信息管理主动式应对。并通过各类数据的分析与总结,对工作起到监控、预防与指导的作用。

Based on the analysis of the contradictions and problems in the maintenance of the hospital information, combining with the characteristics of the information department, this paper puts forward the solution for developing the information maintenance management platform. It aims to realize the proactive response to information management and get rid of the passive and lagging predicament faced in traditional work by establishing a service request process, improving equipment asset management, applying knowledge experience sharing and other functional modules. And through analysis and summary of various types of data, it will play a role in monitoring, prevention and guidance of work.
