摘要
目的介绍临床路径管理软件等信息化建设工作在一体化医疗服务路径实践中的作用机制和实施经验。方法利用干预研究法剖析信息化建设在一体化路径中的开发和应用。结果医疗机构内部和机构间借助信息化手段可以优化域内医疗资源使用效率,改善医疗质量,加强监督评价效力。结论信息化建设可以对一体化医疗服务路径的有效实施提供助力。
Objectives To introduce the working mechanism and implementation experience of clinical pathway information management software and communication trial of different information systems in the practice of integrated care pathway. Methods To analyze the development and application of informatization construction in the integrated care pathway using the intervention research methods. Results According to the experience of pilot areas, the informatization approaches adopted within and between medical institutions can increase the efficiency of medical resources utilization, improve the quality of medical services, and strengthen the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluation. Conclusion The development of information management and communication system provides significant technical help for implementation of integrated care pathway.
