移动医疗发展过程中存在的问题与发展建议

The Problems and the Suggestion in the Development of mHealth

归纳了移动医疗发展过程中存在的医生资质难以审核、医疗诊断准确性偏低、参与动力不足、健康信息商业导向性明显、收费模式不清晰、安全度不够等问题。结合移动医疗应用现状与特点,提出提高问诊医生的准入门槛、开发增强用户粘性的功能、鼓励信息共享、与医保相衔接、从技术和监管两方面提高安全度等建议,旨在能多方面推动移动医疗的发展。

This paper pointed the problems exist in the development of the m Health, including the difficulty in the verification of doctors, low in diagnosis accuracy, insufficient motivation for participation, business oriented health information, unclear mode of charging, risk in security issues, etc.. Combining the status and characteristics of m Health application, and in order to promote the development of m Health in various aspects, this paper proposed suggestions to improve the access threshold of doctors, develop user stickiness function, encourage information sharing, interconnect with medical insurance information and improve information security with technology and management.
