我国基本医疗卫生服务水平均等化研究

Research on the Equalization of Basic Medical and Health Services in China

目的对我国31个省、自治区、直辖市基本医疗卫生服务水平进行分析和评价。方法通过选取10个反映基本医疗服务水平的指标,依据2015年的中国卫生统计数据,基于因子分析方法进行分析和评价,同时运用聚类方法对各地区的基本医疗服务水平进行聚类,结果我国各地区基本医疗服务水平差异较大,地区医疗水平差异大致与经济水平差异同步。结论需要强化政府的责任和作用,因地施策,提高卫生服务的可及性,方面促进基本医疗服务的均等化。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the level of basic medical and health services of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions Method 10 indicators for basic medical and health services were selected from Chinese health statistics data in 2015, factor analysis method and clustering method were used in this research. Result The level of basic medical services varies greatly across regions in China, and the regional level of medical treatment varies largely with the difference in economic levels Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the role and responsibility of the government, promote the equalization of basic medical services in light of local policies and improve access of health services.
