电针牵引按摩配合穴位注射治疗腰间盘突出症72例疗效评价

Therapeutic Evaluation of Electro-acupuncture Traction and Massage Combined with Acupoint Injection in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation in 72 cases

目的探讨电针牵引按摩配合穴位注射治疗72例腰间盘突出症的临床效果。方法对32065部队门诊部收治的72例腰间盘突出症患者，进行电针牵引按摩配合穴位注射治疗。结果治愈49例、好转20例、无效3例，总有效率95．8％。结论电针牵引按摩配合穴位注射治疗腰间盘突出症具有良好的临床效果，值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture traction and massage combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in 72 cases. Methods A total of 72 patients with lumbar disc herniation were collected from outpatient department of No.32065 Military Unit, and were treated with electro- acupuncture traction and massage combined with acupoint injection. Results 49 cases were cured, 20 cases were improved, 3 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 95.8%. Conclusion It has a good clinical effect of electro-acupuncture traction and massage combined with acupoint injection, and is worthy of popularization and application.
