摘要
澳斯麦特炉上升烟道的结焦来源主要有澳斯麦特炉喷枪生产过程中高温熔体喷溅,烟气的机械夹带,金属、硫化物、氧化物的挥发等。本文从降低澳斯麦特炉上升烟道结焦来源和结焦处理两个方面总结出了一套澳斯麦特炉铜冶炼熔炼过程降低烟道结焦的控制办法。
The main sources of uptake flue coking of Ausmelt furnace are the splashing of high temperature melts, the mechanical entrainment of offgas, the volatilization of metal, sulfide and oxide during the lance operation of Ausmelt furnace. This paper summarizes a control method to reduce uptake flue coking of Ausmelt furnace during the copper smelting from the aspects of reducing the source of uptake flue coking and handling the coking.
