摘要
针对铜冶炼企业制酸系统产出的废酸进行了硫化除砷工艺研究,选择价格低廉、运输安全的铁锍作为硫化除砷剂。对影响除砷效果的因素进行了单因素实验研究,结果表明:不同砷浓度、酸度的含砷废酸,经过铁锍除砷处理,控制反应温度为40℃,加入理论量铁锍的1.4倍,反应时间为2h,废酸中的砷都可去除至20 mg/L,达到了铁锍直接从废酸中沉砷的效果。
Aiming at the waste acid system of the copper smelter, the dearsenification process of the waste acid was studied, ferrous matte which has low cost and transportation security properties is chosen as dearsenification agent. Single factor test is conducted to evaluate the dearsenification effect, the results show that different concentrations of arsenic waste acid, acidity, treated with ferrous matte arsenic removal and controlling reaction temperature of 40 centigrade, adding 1. 4 times theoretical amount matte and the reaction time of 2 hours, arsenic in waste acid can be removed to 20 mg/L, and it achieves the dearsenification effect with matte directly from waste acid.
