胆道探查术后切口化脓性肉芽肿合并玻璃样变1例报告

摘要 切口感染,也称为手术部位感染,是胆道手术后常见并发症,发生率为7％～24％,往往影响患者生活质量且延长住院时间[1-3].虽然胆道探查术后切口感染较为常见,但术后10余年出现切口化脓性肉芽肿合并玻璃样变却罕有报道,笔者近期诊治1例胆道探查术后18年出现切口化脓性肉芽肿合并玻璃样变,现报道如下.
