摘要
采用符合饮茶习惯的沸水溶出法研究苦丁茶中含有50种元素,并选取定性分析中钠Na、镁Mg、铝Al、钾K、钙Ca、铬Cr、锰Mn、铁Fe、钴Co、铜Cu、锌Zn、砷As、镉Cd、铅Pb 14中元素进行定量分析,准确测定14种元素的含量、沸水溶出率。结果表明:人们以饮茶的方式摄入这些元素的量不会对健康造成危害。
This article studied the broadleaf holly leaf which contains 50 kinds of elements by boiling water dissolution method,and studied the qualitative analysis of 14 elements,such as Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Cu,Zn,As Cd,Pb. This article accurately measured the quantity of 14 kinds of elements and the boiling water dissolution rate. The results showed that the consumption of these elements by drinking tea was not harmful to people.
