摘要
探讨菊粉与谷物粉对便秘模型小鼠润肠通便的作用。将ICR雄性小鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、谷物粉+低剂量菊粉组、谷物粉+高剂量菊粉组和高剂量菊粉组,连续灌胃7 d或15 d,观察菊粉和谷物粉对小鼠体重、小肠运动(墨汁推进率)、首便时间和排黑便数量的影响。结果表明:给药15 d后,与空白对照组比较,模型对照组小鼠墨汁推进率显著降低(P<0.05),首便时间显著推迟(P<0.01),排黑便数量显著降低(P<0.01)。与模型对照组比较,阳性对照组小肠运动(墨汁推进率)无显著性差异(P>0.05),各剂量组均能显著提高墨汁推进率(P<0.05)。阳性对照组和各剂量组均可以显著缩短小鼠首便时间,并可以增加排黑便数量。菊粉-谷物粉对便秘模型小鼠具有润肠通便的作用。
The investigate of the effect of inulin and cereal powder on constipation model mice. Divided the ICR mice into normal control group,model control group,positive control group,cereal powder + low-dose inulin group,cereal powder + high-dose inulin group and high-dose inulin group. And gave the test substances continuously for 7 days or 15 days. Observe the effects of weight,small intestine movement(ink push rate),first stool time and quantity of black stool by inulin and cereal powder. The result indicated:compared with the normal control group,ink push rate of model control group was significantly lower(P〈 0.05),first stool time was significantly delayed(P 〈0.01),and quantity of black stool was significantly decreased(P 〈0.01)after 15 days.Compared with the model control group,small intestine movement(ink push rate)of positive control group was no significant difference(P 〉0.05),the each dose groups could improve the ink push rate significantly(P 〈0.05). Positive control group and each dose groups can significantly shorten first stool time,and can increase quantity of black stool. It was suggested that inulin and cereal powder has effect of relaxing bowel in constipation on the model mice.
