摘要
在2014年发布的国家标准中,过氧化氢重新获得合法身份,能够作为加工助剂在食品工业中使用。针对食品级过氧化氢在食品工业中的应用进行简要讨论,首先介绍食品级过氧化氢国内外应用现状,然后针对食品级过氧化氢的特点进行分析,进而全面了解过氧化氢的应用范围和使用方法。
In the national standards issued in 2014,hydrogen peroxide was regained to be a legal identity that could be used as a processing agent in the food industry. In this paper,the application of food grade hydrogen peroxide in the food industry is briefly discussed.Firstly,the applications of food grade hydrogen peroxide at home and abroad are introduced,and then the characteristics of the food grade hydrogen peroxide are analyzed.Finally,the application range and method of hydrogen peroxide are fully recognized.
