敦化至白河铁路客运专线建设环水保措施探讨

Discussion on Environmental Protection Measures for Dunhua-Baihe High-speed Railway Construction

目前,我国高速铁路正处于大规模建设和发展时期,高速铁路建设在增加就业、拉动内需,促进经济发展的同时,不可避免地对铁路沿线的生态环境造成影响。文章以长白山地区敦化至白河高速铁路工程为背景,分析了高速铁路施工期工程占地、取(弃)土场,以及路基、桥涵、临时工程等对铁路沿线的生态环境的影响,提出了一系列保护沿线生态环境和防治地质灾害的措施,让沿线生态环境保持相对稳定平衡状态,为今后同类工程建设实施环水保防治提供参考。

At present,the high-speed railway in China is in a period of large-scale construction and development. The construction of high-speed railway is inevitably affecting the ecological environment along the railway,while increasing employment,stimulating domestic demand and promoting economic development. Taking the Dunhua-Baihe high-speed railway project in the Changbai mountain area as the background,this paper has analyzed the influence of project land occupation,borrow yard,spoil bank,subgrade,bridge,culvert and temporary works on the ecological environment along the railway during the construction period of high-speed railway and put forward a series of measures to protect the ecological environment and prevent the geological disasters along the line and keep the ecological environment along the line relatively stable and balanced,which will provide reference for future similar projects.
