金长城管理机构设置沿革考(Ⅱ):金西北路与西南路

金西北路与西南路长城,是女真人为防御西夏、西辽等国势力,而建筑的军事防御工程。金朝先后设置西北路招讨司和西南路招讨司,来管理西北路和西南路金长城。金西北路招讨司的设置是沿袭辽朝西北路招讨司而置的。金西南路招讨司的设置是沿袭辽朝西南路招讨司而置的。金西北路招讨司和西南路招讨司,虽机构治所几经变化,但机构名称一直没有变化,始终是金朝在西北、西南的重要军事管理机构,为金长城的建筑与管理,以及金代边疆的治理与稳定,发挥了重要的作用。
