“双一流”背景下校企合作的困境及其动力机制的构建

摘要 校企合作是地方高校推进"双一流"建设的重要途径。然而,"如何调动企业的积极性"是校企合作动力机制构建中长期隐藏下来的一个"伪命题"。它以对企业的虚化期待,掩盖了学校在推动合作教育中的主体地位。合作教育虽然本质上是教育行为,但涉及到动力触发上,它就是一种纯粹的市场行为。因此,在"双一流"建设背景下,触发性原生动力主体只能是高校,动力贮存体则是高校的研发实力。企业逐利的本性决定了其积极性的调动完全取决于高校在研发合作上的实力体现;政府则作为这一教育模式的最大受益者,理应承担起相应的利益补偿和政策支持的义务。 School-enterprise cooperation is an important way for local universities to promote "double first-class"construction.However,"how to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises"is a"false proposition"hidden long in the construction of dynamic mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation.The expectation of enterprises' concealment conceals the dominant position of schools in promoting cooperative education.Although cooperative education is essentially an educational act,it is a pure market behavior when it comes to power triggering.Therefore,under the background of"double first-class"construction,the main body of triggering primary power can only be universities,and the dynamic storage body is the research and development strength of universities.The nature of enterprises' pursuit of profits determines that the mobilization of their enthusiasm depends entirely on the strength of universities in RD cooperation.The government,as the biggest beneficiary of this education mode,should undertake the corresponding obligations of interest compensation and policy support.
