高职院校国际化现状、问题与对策分析——以体育类院校为例

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Internationalization in Higher Vocational Colleges:a Case Study of Physical Education Colleges

受体育行业产业化发展影响,各类体育赛事国际化、规范化运作需要大量的国际化体育专业人才。广州体育职业技术学院和嵩山少林武术职业学院在教育国际化方面已经起步,建立了中外合作办学项目,对外派出教师并输出相关教材。以波特钻石理论分析我国16所体育类高职院校国际化,发现体育类高职院校在国际化资金支撑力度小,缺乏教育国际化理念和师资队伍,缺乏课程与教材等教育资源的国际化。高职院校树立国际化教育理念,积极探索中外合作办学推动课程与教材的国际化,建立国际化的师资队伍是推动教育国际化的必由之路。

Due to the industrialization of sports industry,the internationalization of all kinds of sports events and standardized operation needs a large number of international sports professionals.Guangzhou Polytechnic of Sports and Songshan Shaolin Wushu College have made a start in educational internationalization.They have set up cooperative teaching projects,sent teachers and output related teaching materials.This paper analyzes the internationalization of 16 higher vocational colleges of physical education in China based on Porter Diamond Theory.It reveals that this kind of colleges lack of international funds,concept,staff,curriculum and teaching resources.The only way to promote educational internalization is to establish international education concept,explore Sino-foreign cooperation,internationalize the curriculum,teaching materials and teaching staffs.
