摘要
社区教育效果评价是指在各种综合因素作用下对社区教育有效结果的价值评判活动。本文依据现有教育评价模式和国家有关评价体系,将社区教育作为一个系统进行研究,采取要素分析、假说、定义方式,选择确定测评参量,建立了用相对效果■表征社区教育效果的数学模型。该模型根据推力和质量上限设计引起的"质量随推力变化的伸缩效应"以及比较基础不一致的问题,将不同社区在同次测量和同一社区在不同时期测量的效果,运用线性变换方法转化到同一推力基础(均值■)上来比较他们之间的大小,引进位置系数li和绝对位差值|■-■|来说明他们之间的位置关系以及相邻社区追赶的难易程度。
The evaluation of the community education effect refers to the judging activity of the quality degree of community education under the influence of various comprehensive factors. Based on the existing educational evaluation model and the relevant national evaluation system,this paper studies community education as a system,We adopted the method of factor analysis,hypothesis,and definition,chose to determine the evaluation parameters,and established a mathematical model that uses the relative effect ai to represent the effect of community education,referred to as the system model. The model will measure the effects of different communities at the same time and the same community at different times based on the " scaling effect of mass with thrust change" caused by the thrust and mass ceiling design and the problem of comparing the basis inconsistencies,Using the linear transformation method to convert to the same thrust base(mean f) to compare the size between them,The position coefficient l_i and absolute deviation |ai-a| are introduced to illustrate the position relationship between them and the difficulty of catching up with neighboring communities.
