中国的产业结构变迁与劳动生产率增长研究(1990—2016)

On the Evolution of China's Industrial Structure and the Growth of Labor Productivity(1990—2016)

本文运用转换-份额分析法,将中国1990—2016年的产业结构变迁效应和内部增长效应从整体劳动生产率增长中分离出来。无论是采用累计指标还是环比指标,均得出推动整体劳动生产率增长的主要动力是内部增长效应而不是结构变迁效应,以及第三产业的结构变迁效应对整体劳动生产率增长的贡献率均为正值的结论。根据以上结论,提出通过加大力度提升各行业的内部劳动生产率和大力发展第三产业,带动整体劳动生产率增长的建议。

The author of this thesis isolates the evolutional effects of China＇s industrial structure and the internal labor productivity growth effects during 1990-2016 from the overall productivity growth through Shift-Share Analysis. The author of the thesis concludes,using either a cumulative or a year-on-year index,that the main driver of the overall labor productivity growth lies in internal growth effects instead of structural evolution effects,and that the contribution rates of the third industry＇s structural evolution effects to the overall labor productivity growth are all positive. On that basis,the author suggests boosting the overall labor productivity by encouraging internal labor productivity and the third industry.
