作为世界认识中国的平台和窗口,孔子学院为推广中国语言文化、增进世界多元文化的交流互鉴、提升国家文化自信和软实力等做出了突出的贡献。孔子学院的蓬勃发展和孔子学院公共外交的顺利开展离不开其对各方力量的有效整合。充分调动所在大学、孔院师生、华人社区、当地民众等多方力量,奏响孔子学院公共外交大合唱,对于孔子学院助力"一带一路"国家战略具有深远的意义。

As a platform and window to show China to the world, Confucius Institute has made outstanding contribution to the promotion of Chinese language and culture, the enhancement of the multicultural exchange and mutual understanding as well as the advancement of the national confidence and Soft Power of China. The vigorous development of Confucius Institute and the smooth development of public diplomacy of Confucius Institution cannot be separated from the effective integration of all sides＇ efforts. To fully mobilize the joint force of the co-operating universities, teachers and students in the Institute as well as the Chinese community and local residence has profound significance to further strengthen the Confucius Institute public diplomacy, which will contributes to the promotion of the ＂One Belt and Road＂ Initiative.
