基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在《食品营养与卫生保健》公选课教学中的探索 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探索基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在食品营养与卫生保健公选课教学中的应用效果。方法:该教学模式设计包括:素材积累及微课视频制作、视频上传至校园在线教育平台,学生课前自主学习、课堂上师生交流讨论,以及课后总结反思。结果:该课程有相对独立的知识点,适合制作微课。该课程教学模式受到学生欢迎,并较好地完成学习任务。结论:该教学模式能激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学效果,促进健康理念。 Aim: The research is to study the application of flipped classroom teaching model in the elective of Food Nutrition and Health Care. Method: The teaching model design involves the accumulation of materials, the product of video, uploading to cam-pus online educational system, self-regulated learning before class, discussion in the class and summaries after that. Results: The course contains independent points of knowledge, which is good for producing micro-class. It is welcomed by students and they can accomplish the task of learning. Conclusion: The teaching model can encourage students to study hard, enhance the results of learning and teaching, and promote the health ideas.
