高职院校学生职业价值观特点的调查研究

随着我国社会现代化进程的发展,经济生活水平的提高,社会组织形式的不断更新,社会生活方式的不断变革,社会岗位和就业形式呈现出了新的特征及变化,这将直接影响到人们的思想观念、价值取向、思维方式、行为习惯、就业观念和人际交往等诸多方面,其中也包括当代高职院校学生的职业价值取向的改变与发展。文章通过调查研究,对当前高职学生职业价值观的现状进行分析,通过数据分析了解当前高职学生的职业价值观特点。

With the development of the process of social modernization, the improvement of the level of economic life, the contin-uous renewal of the form of social organization, the continuous change of the social life style, the new characteristics and changes of the social posts and employment forms are presented, which will directly affect people＇s ideas, values, ways of thinking, and behavior habits. The employment concept and interpersonal communication and many other aspects also include the change and development of vocational value orientation of contemporary vocational college students. Through the investigation and research, the present situation of vocational values of higher vocational students is analyzed, and the characteristics of the vocational values of the current higher voca- tional students are analyzed through the data analysis.
