慢性粒细胞白血病患者家庭支持状况调查及与生存质量的相关性

Family Support Status of Patients with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia and Its Correlation with Quality of Life

目的探讨慢性粒细胞白血病患者中的家庭支持状况以及与患者生存质量的关联性。方法选择2014年1月—2016年1月在该院明确诊断的48例慢性粒细胞白血病患者作为研究对象,对48例患者和其家庭进行常规资料问卷调查、家庭支持量表调查以及WHO的生存质量测定量表调查(World Health Organization quality of life bref questionnaires,WHO QQL-BREE),并对家庭支持以及患者生存质量之间的关系进行分析。结果在所有参与的48例患者中,无一例脱落研究,共有31例患者的家庭属于高支持水平,所占比例是64.58%,另剩余17例患者的家庭属于低支持水平,所占比例是35.42%。根据家庭支持情况分为两组,其中高支持家庭组患者的总体生存质量评分(82.86±12.24)分,明显高于低支持家庭组患者的(67.67±12.28)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时高支持家庭组患者在心理领域、生理领域、社会关系、环境4个领域的得分也较低支持家庭组明显要高(P<0.05)。结论通过研究相关研究可知,对于慢性粒细胞白血病患者,其家庭支持状况和患者的生存质量是息息相关的,患者家庭支持高能够有效地提高患者的生存质量,帮组患者在各个领域建立信心。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the family support status and the correlation with the quality of life in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia（CML）. Methods 48 cases of chronic myelogenous leukemia patients during January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects, 48 cases of patients and their families for routine data questionnaire, family support questionnaire and World Health Organization quality of life BREF questionnaires survey（WHO QQLBREE）, and the relationship between family support and life quality of the patients were analyzed. Results In all 48 cases,no cases of loss, a total of 31 cases of patients with family belonged to the high level of support, the proportion was 64.58%,the other remaining family of 17 patients belonging to the low level of support, the proportion was 35.42%. According to the family support, the cases were divided into two groups, the overall quality of life score of patients in high support family group（82.86±12.24）points was significantly higher than that in low support family group（67.67±12.28）points, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. At the same time, high support family group patients in the psychological field, physical field,social relations, environmental four areas score were also higher than low support family group significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the study of relevant research shows that for patients with chronic myeloid leukemia, the family support status and patient quality of life are closely related to patients with high family support, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, help patients in all areas to build confidence.
