“三导向”指导下的医学生课外活动体系对医学生人文素质的影响效果——以齐齐哈尔医学院为例

Effect of Extracurricular Activities System of Medical Students under the Guidance of “Three Guidances” on Humanities Quality of Medical Students——Take Qiqihar Medical College as an Example

摘要 目的探讨"三导向"指导下的医学生课外活动体系对医学生人文素质的影响,以期探索医学生教育模式。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院临床医学三年级学生作为研究对象,在其课外活动中予以"三导向"人才培养模式,观察干预前后研究对象的人文素质改变情况,以及课外活动对于综合素质的影响情况。结果该研究共发放调查问卷630份,回收有效问卷600份,有效率为95.2%;其中男生275人(占45.8%),女生325人(占54.2%)。干预前,男女生人文素质得分未见差异,干预后,与男性人文素质比较,女性人文素质得分升高明显,差异有统计学意义(t=9.71,P<0.05)。且干预后人文素质总分升高明显,差异有统计学意义(t=8.35,P<0.05)。通过分析发现志愿服务活动在医学生人文素质养成方面具有积极的促进作用。结论 "三导向"人才培养模式对于人文素质的提高影响明显,尤以女性为甚,且志愿者活动影响作用较大。 Objective This paper tries to explore the influence of the system of extra-curricular activities of medical students under the guidance of "three directions" on the humanistic quality of medical students, with a view to exploring the educational model of medical students. Methods The third-year clinical medical students in Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research object, and their "three-oriented" talent training mode was observed in their extra-curricular activities. The changes of the humanistic quality before and after the intervention and the impact of extra-curricular activities on the overall quality were also observed. Results In this study, a total of 630 questionnaires were distributed and 600 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective rate of 95.2%. There were 275 boys(45.8%) and 325 girls(54.2%). Before the intervention, there was no difference in the scores of humanities and quality between male and female students. After intervention, the scores of humanistic quality were significantly higher than those of men(t=9.71, P〈0.05). After intervention,the total score of humanistic quality increased obviously with a significant difference(t=8.35,P〈0.05). Through the analysis,it was found that volunteer service activities played an active role in promoting the humanistic quality of medical students.Conclusion The "three-oriented" personnel training mode has a significant impact on the enhancement of humanistic quality, especially for women, and the volunteer activities have a greater effect on them.
