Influencing Factors of Per Capita Health Expenditure in Shaanxi Province

目的通过对陕西省人均卫生费用影响因素的分析,为该省医疗卫生体制改革提供参考依据。方法运用主成分回归分析方法对陕西省2007—2014年人均卫生费用的影响因素进行分析。结果经济、人口、医疗费用为主要影响因素,个人卫生支出占比与居民消费价格指数为次要影响因素,政府卫生投入与人均卫生费用成负相关关系。结论为控制卫生费用不合理增长,建议政府加强优化产业结构,提高居民收入;扩大医保覆盖范围,推动分级诊疗实施;加大卫生投入,合理配置医疗资源。

Objective Through the analysis of the influential factors of per capita health expenditure in Shaanxi Province, it provides a reference for the medical and health system reform in Shaanxi Province. Methods The principal component regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of per capita health expenditure in Shaanxi Province from 2007 to 2014. Results Economic, population and medical expenses were the main influential factors, the proportion of personal health expenditure and consumer price index were the secondary factors, and there was a negative correlation between government health expenditure and per capita health expenditure. Conclusion In order to control the unreasonable increase of health expenses, it is suggested that the government should strengthen the optimization of industrial structure and increase the income of residents; expand the coverage of medical insurance and promote the implementation of graded medical treatment; increase the investment in health and rationally allocate medical resources.
