急诊分诊护士工作压力分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Nurses Working Pressure in Emergency Department

急诊分诊是当前临床医学中,通过分诊护士完成预检分诊,从而有效且快速地对患者完成相应的高效率快速分流,保证在既定的时间段之内,能够基于最短时间获得较快的治疗成效,将有限的医疗资源得以充分使用。由此在医疗工作开展中急诊分诊护士面对着较大的压力。该次研究通过针对当前的急诊分诊护士,在开展医疗工作过程中所相对应的工作压力展开分析,从而提出针对性的解决策略。以期为急诊科的分诊护士,提高工作质量及效率,提供可参考理论依据。

Emergency triage is currently in clinical medicine, by triage nurses completed the triage system, so as to effectively and quickly for patients to complete the corresponding efficient rapid triage, which guarantees in the time given, it can get faster treatment effect in the shortest time to fully use the limited medical resources. Therefore, in the medical work,the nurses in the emergency department are facing greater pressure. This paper tries to analyzes the working pressure of the current emergency triage nurses in the process of carrying out medical work, and puts forward targeted solutions. It is expected that this study can provide theoretical basis for improving the quality and efficiency of the nurses in the emergency department.
