探讨风险因素管理在中医院护理管理中的应用

Discussion on the Application of Risk Factors Management in Nursing Management of Chinese Medicine Hospital

目的针对风险因素管理在中医院护理管理中的应用情况进行研究。方法选取2015年1月—2017年10月到该院进行住院治疗的620例患者。按照时间先后,分为观察组和对照组,每组310例。对照组患者采取常规护理管理,观察组采取风险因素管理,对比两组患者的护理满意度及不良事件发生率。结果观察组护理满意度(97.74%)明显优于对照组(89.68%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率1.29%,对照组发生率8.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医院护理管理中应用风险因素管理能够降低不良事件发生率,提高护理满意度,提高护理管理质量,具有推广价值。

Objective This paper tries to study and analyze the application of risk factor management in hospital nursing management. Methods 620 patients in this hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected. In accordance with the time successively, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 310 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care. The observation group was managed with risk factors, and the nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group（97.74%） was significantly better than the control group（89.68%）, and the difference was obvious（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse events was 1.29% in the observation group and 8.39% in the control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of risk factor management in hospital nursing management can reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve nursing satisfaction, improve nursing management quality and promote value.
