摘要
目的评估行为引导法在儿科护理实验教学中的应用。方法采取整群抽样方法选取2014、2015级护理本科班级120名护理学生,实验组采用行为引导教学法,对照组采用传统方式教学。结果实验组学习效果、学习兴趣、课堂气氛、知识掌握程度、运用知识能力等方面的评价显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),实验组91~100分占8.20%,81~90分占42.62%,71~80分占31.15%,60~70分占14.75%以及60分以下占3.28%,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为引导教学法有助于提高护理学生自主学习能力、提高护理学生综合能力、分析解决实际问题等诸多方面的综合能力,同时也为儿科护理实验教学改革提供新的思路。
Objective This paper tries to evaluate the application of behavior guidance in the experimental teaching of pediatric nursing. Methods 120 nursing students in grade 2014 and 2015 nursing undergraduate classes were selected by cluster sampling. Results The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in learning efficiency,learning interest, classroom atmosphere, knowledge mastery and using knowledge ability(P〈0.05), In the experimental group,91 to 100 points accounted for 8.20%, 81 to 90 points accounted for 42.62%, 71 to 80 points accounted for 31.15%, 60 to 70 points accounted for 14.75%, and 60 points less than 3.28%, which was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Behavior guided teaching method can help improve the comprehensive learning ability of nursing students, improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students, analyze and solve practical problems, and provide new ideas for the reform of pediatric nursing experimental teaching.
