犍为县2013—2016年疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

Monitoring and Analysis of Adverse Events Following Immunization in Qianwei County from 2013 to 2016

目的分析犍为县2013—2016年疑似预防接种异常反应监测情况。方法选择犍为县在2013年1月—2016年12月期间出现的疑似预防接种异常反应案例情况,分析48 h报告及时率、调查及时率以及覆盖率等。结果 2013—2016年期间犍为县共报告疑似预防接种异常反应252例,其中46例确定为异常反应,占比18.30%。接种后0~2 d内发生反应的患者有230例,占比91.30%。过敏是临床反应常见损害。结论犍为县2013—2016年期间疑似预防接种异常反应率比较低,这说明整体接种效果较好,而且犍为县连续四年未出现预防接种差错事故,预防接种效果显著。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the surveillance of adverse events following immunization in Qianwei county from 2013 to 2016. Methods The cases of suspected adverse events during immunization from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2016 in Qianwei were selected, and the timely rate of analysis 48 h reports, the timely rate of survey and coverage rate were analyzed. Results From 2013 to 2016, 252 cases of suspected adverse events were reported in Qianwei county, of which 46 cases were identified as abnormal reactions, accounting for 18.30%. There were 230 patients who responded within 0 ~2 days after inoculation, accounting for 91.30%. Allergy is a common injury to clinical reactions. Conclusions During 2013 to 2016 in Qianwei county, suspected abnormal reaction to vaccination rate is relatively low, which shows good overall effect of inoculation, and in Qianwei county for five years there has been no vaccination accident, and it has great vaccination effect.
