摘要 自1957年国务院颁布《国务院关于国家行政机关工作人员的奖惩暂行规定》以来,我国的公务员权利保障制度不断发展完善,已经初步建立制度体系,但仍存在许多不足。随着我国法治化进程的推进,健全我国公务员权利救济制度,必须进一步完善现行公务员申诉控告的救济制度,向发达国家学习,建设公务员权利救济的司法制度,通过内外救济制度,真正实现对公务员权利的保障。 Since the "Interim Provisions on Rewards and Punishments of the State Administrative Authorities"issued by the State Council in 1957,the system of guaranteeing the rights of public servants in our country has been continuously developed and perfected,and the institutional system has been initially established.However,there are still many deficiencies.With the development of the rule of law in our country,to perfect the right relief system for civil servants in our country,the first thing to do is to perfect the current remedy system for the appeal and accusation of civil servants,and then to learn from the developed countries to build the judicial system for the right relief of civil servants.Through internal and external relief system,the protection of civil servants' rights can be truly realized.
