摘要
"一带一路"战略加强了我国与其他各国之间的联系,同时也是我国提高综合国力促进经济发展的重要举措。"一带一路"战略的顺利实行与推进,离不开法治的保障。人民法院在保障"一带一路"建设中充当着重要角色,人民法院在做好与其职责相关的审判活动的同时要加强自身建设,完善与落实相关制度,加强与沿线法院间的交流协作。
The strategy of＂The Belt and Road＂has strengthened the communication between China and other countries.Meanwhile,it＇s an important measure to improve China＇s comprehensive national power and promote the economic development.The smooth carry-out and carry-forward of＂The Belt and Road＂strategy cannot be separated from the safeguard of law.People＇s court plays an important role in the safeguard of＂The Belt and Road＂construction.And at the same time,besides its duty relevant adjudication,people＇s court should strengthen its own construction,improve and implement relevant systems,and strengthen communication with the courts along the road.
