摘要
针对网络消费单多、量小、分散且服务需求快捷导致物流成本高昂的问题,提出了一种O2O模式下将库存前移的物流协作策略,建立将库存前移的物流协作式配送策略成本模型,并设计了模型求解的遗传算法。通过算例比较,发现协作式配送策略相较于传统的基于订单响应式的配送方式可节约13.15%的成本,表明该协作策略的有效性。
The relative small amount, sparse e-commerce orders, and the requirement for quick delivery has led to high logistics cost. To resolve this issue, the paper proposes a cooperative forward warehouse strategy under the O2O model. A model is built to describe the logistics cost under this strategy, and a genetic algorithm-based method is proposed to solve this model. Numerical results show that the proposed cooperative strategy can reduce the logistics cost by 13.15% compared to the traditional order-based delivery.
