诚信理念是社会主义核心价值观要义之一,它既有人类诚信所蕴含的一般的内容,也有社会主义社会制度所赋予的特色。我们不仅要把诚信作为国家层面的价值观来理解,同时还要明白诚信是社会与公民发展的价值目标。培育诚信价值观的基本路径包括:树立正确的诚信观、培育诚信意识、践行诚信理念、开拓诚信视野等。

The concept of honesty is one of the essential values of core socialist values. It not only includes the general content of human honesty, but also has the characteristics of socialist social system. Not only should honesty be understood as a value at the national level, it must also be understood as the value goal of social and civic development. The basic approaches to cultivating values of honesty include： establishing a correct view of honesty,fostering the awareness of honesty, practicing the concept of honesty, and developing a vision of honesty.
