捷克著名理论教育家夸美纽斯曾说过:"教师的职责就是用自己的榜样教育学生。"教师的言行举止不仅是学生学习和模仿的榜样,还会对学生的学习动机产生重要的影响。教师在教育活动中起主导作用,而学生又是受教育的主体且具有向师性的特点,教师正确的教育教学态度能够对学生学习动机产生积极的促进作用。因此,教师要不断加强自身职业道德修养、坚持"以学生为本"的学生观、树立师生互动的教育观,只有采取正确的教育教学态度,才能更好地培养学生学习的兴趣,激发学生的学习动机。

The famous Czech theoretician Emilio Comenius once said, ＂The teacher＇s job is to educate students with his own example.＂ The behavior of teachers is not only an example for students to learn and imitate, but also has an important influence on students＇ learning motivation. Teachers play a leading role in educational activities, and students are the subject of education and have the characteristics of teachers. Teachers＇ correct teaching attitude can positively promote students＇ learning motivation.Therefore, teachers must continue to strengthen their professional ethics, adhere to the ＂student-centered＂ view of students, and establish a teacher-student interaction education concept. Only by adopting the correct education and teaching attitude can we better cultivate students＇ interest in learning and inspire students＇ learning motivation.
