护士对于医疗责任保险认知现状的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis about the Present Cognition Conditions and Demand of Medical Liability Insurance of Nurses

目的:通过调查目前护士对医疗责任保险的认知状况,初步了解护士对未知风险的防范意识。方法:选取某三甲级医院的在职护士进行问卷调查,同时对相关医务人员或从事保险业务的专业人士进行访谈。结果:55%的调查对象不知道医疗责任保险,49%的调查对象表示不了解,39%的人表示了解一点,仅12%的人表示了解;73%的调查对象认为医疗责任保险利大于弊;97%的人认为有必要购买;46%的调查对象认为保费应该由医院、护士、政府共同承担,41%的人表示愿意个人承担部分保费;仅有15%的调查对象自主购买过类似此种的职业保险。结论:护士对医疗责任保险的认知水平普遍偏低,对未知风险的防范意识不足,政府应加大推广和实施医疗责任保险,使护士进一步认识到医疗责任保险在工作中所起的重要作用,降低护士在职业风险中的一些损伤。

Objective： By investigating the current status of nurses＇ perception of medical liability insurance, we aim to obtain a preliminary understanding of nurses＇ awareness of the prevention of unknown risks. Method： In-service nurses from a third-class hospital were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey, and the relevant medical personnel and professionals engaged in insurance business were interviewed. Results： 55% of the respondents don＇t know medical liability insurance; 49% of the respondents said they don＇t understand it; 39% of the respondents said that they know a little about it; only 12% of the respondents know clearly about it. 73% of the respondents believe that the advantages of medical liability insurance outweigh its disadvantages. 97% of the respondents approve of the purchase of medical liability insurance. 46% of the respondents think that premiums should be shared by the hospital, nurse, the government, and 41% of them expressed willingness to bear part of the individual premium. Only 15% of the respondents independently purchased such occupational insurances. Conclusion： Nurses＇ cognition on medical liability insurance is generally low, and they lack awareness of preventing unknown risks, so the Government should increase the promotion and implementation of medical liability insurance, so that nurses further understand the important role of medical liability insurance in their work, and their damages in occupational risks will decrease.
