职业院校幼教专业音乐教学问题新动向及改革探讨 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,职业院校幼教专业扩招与教学改革并行,早前较突出的音乐师资不足等问题已基本得到解决,但毕业生总体上音乐教学能力不足的问题仍然存在。生源质量欠佳、学生主观能动性激励不足、课程设计针对性不强及课堂与课外实践结合不够是主要原因。对学生进行分层次教学、强化课程设计的针对性和优化音乐教学策略和手段是经实践检验可行的改革进措施。 The increase of enrollment and the reform of teaching are both carried out in vocational schools in recent years. The shortage of music teachers and some other prominent problems appeared years ago have largely been resolved. However, the teaching abilities in music of the graduates are still not strong enough in general, which mainly results in poor quality of student sources, deficiency of motivation for students' subjective initiative, weak pertinence of curriculum design and insufficient combination of class and extracurricular practice. To take the graded teaching for students with different music foundations, to enhance the pertinence of curriculum design and to promote the strategies and methods of music teaching are workable reform measures which have been examined in practice.
