二级学院艺术系办公室管理存在问题及对策研究

摘要 随着独立院校的不断深入和改革,为加快二级学院实体化管理,二级学院的办公室承担的工作任务日益繁重。办公室作为高校的重要组织机构,发挥着上传下达、协调配合各部门的桥梁和纽带作用,本文根据艺术系办公室存在的一些问题,针对如何完善优化办公室人员岗位职责,进而提高工作效率,提出改进和完善的具体对策。 With the continuous deepening and reform of independent colleges, in order to accelerate the substantive management of secondary colleges, the tasks of the offices of secondary colleges are increasingly burdensome. Offices, as an important organization of institutions of higher learning, plays a role of coordinating with various departments. In view of some problems in the office of the art department, to improve the job responsibilities of the office staff and improve work efficiency, this paper puts forward specific measures.
