全面建成小康社会视域下加强对口精准扶贫问题的思考

Thinking on Strengthening Counterpart Accurate Poverty Alleviation from the Perspective of Completely Building a Well-off Society

近年来,社会各界对"精准扶贫"相关问题开展了一系列研究和探索,就精准扶贫的内涵、难点及对策等方面进行了广泛探讨,推动了精准扶贫的相关理论研究和实践的进一步深化。关于精准扶贫,目前国外相关研究成果很少,其有关研究成果主要集中在政府政策或计划支持层面。当前,进一步加强精准扶贫研究的针对性,拓宽研究思路和路径,对于我国2020年全面建成小康社会具有深远的理论意义和现实价值。文章在综述国内外研究现状的基础上,就加强对口精准扶贫的意义、思路和注意点进行了广泛探讨。

In recent years, various circles of society have carried out a series of studies and explorations on the issues related to ＂accurate poverty alleviation＂, conducted extensive discussions on the connotations, difficulties, and countermeasures of accurate poverty alleviation and promoted further theoretical research and practice of accurate poverty alleviation. With regard to accurate poverty alleviation, there are currently few relevant research results abroad, and the relevant research results are mainly focused on government policies or plan support. At present, further strengthening the pertinence of research on accurate poverty alleviation and broadening research ideas and approaches will have a profound theoretical significance for the building of a well-off society in China by 2020. Based on a review of the research status at home and abroad, this paper discusses extensively the significance, ideas, and points of attention for strengthening counterpart accurate poverty alleviation.
