废水中三种抗生素的工业吸水树脂处理方法

摘要 用工业吸水树脂建立了一种水中低浓度抗生素的处理方法。以磺胺甲恶唑(SMX)、四环素(TC)和土霉素(OTC)的加标废水为研究对象,通过测定处理前后水中三种抗生素的浓度变化,计算其残留率,验证了方法的可行性并考察了浓缩效果的影响因素。结果表明,当体积减少一半时,在0.2~5.0 mg/L抗生素浓度范围内,TC、SMX和OTC的浓缩残留率分别可达(129.5±52.6)%,(72.7±1.6)%和(85.6±25.6)%;溶液的pH值和离子强度对水中不同抗生素的吸水树脂浓缩效果影响显著。工业吸水树脂可以对废水中的抗生素进行处理,且可通过优化浓缩条件改变溶液中抗生素的浓缩残留率。 Sulfamethoxazole( SMX),tetracycline( TC) and oxytetracycline( OTC) in spiked wastewater were selected as the research objects. In order to assess the validity of the treatment method and obtain optimum concentrating condition,the ratio of antibiotics concentration after industrialized water-absorbing resin treatment to its initial concentration named as residual rate was calculated. Results indicated that when the antibiotics concentration in spiked wastewater ranged from 0. 2 ~ 5. 0 mg/L,and the volume decreased to half of initial volume,the residual rates of TC,SMX and OTC in spiked wastewater reached to( 129. 5 ± 52. 6) %,( 72. 7 ± 1. 6) % and( 85. 6 ± 25. 6) %,respectively. The residual rate of different antibiotics in spiked wastewater was significant affected by pH value and ionic strength. The antibiotics in spiked wastewater could be concentrated by industrialized water-absorbing resin,and concentrating efficiency could be adjusted by the concentrating conditions.
