摘要
采用直接氧化法处理钢材酸洗废液,得到聚合氯化铁(PFC)。将自制的PFC处理微污染的湖水,考察PFC的投加量、湖水的pH、沉降时间、搅拌时间等因素对产品絮凝性能的影响。结果表明,当自制的PFC投加量为150 mg/L、湖水pH值为8~9、搅拌时间7 min、沉降时间为20 min,絮凝效果最佳,对浊度和CODMn的去除率为93.5%和44.8%。
The polymeric ferric chloride( PFC) was obtained by direct oxidation process from steel picking waste liquor. The self-made PFC was used to treat the micro-polluted lake,and the influence of the dosage of PFC,pH value,settling time and stirring time on the flocculation performance of the product was mainly investigated. The results showed that the flocculation effect was the best when the self-made PFC dosage was 150 mg/L,the pH value of the lake water was( 8 - 9),the stirring time was 7 min,the settling time was 20 min,the removal rate of turbidity and CODMnwas 93. 5% and 44. 8% respectively.
