摘要
采用稀酸水热法对煤系高岭土进行活化,研究其对次甲基蓝吸附性能。分析了染料初始浓度、吸附时间和吸附剂用量等对吸附的影响。静态吸附结果表明,煤系高岭土经稀硫酸水热活化后,其吸附性能大有提升,对次甲基蓝(初始浓度为100 mg/L)的吸附率达到99.9%。次甲基蓝的吸附行为更加符Langmuir吸附等温线模型,属于单分子层吸附,其吸附过程更为符合准二级动力学方程。
Coal-bearing Kaolinite is activated by hydrothermal method,and its adsorption properties are studied. The effect of initial dye concentration,adsorption time and adsorbent dosage on methylene blue adsorption are systematically investigated. The static adsorption results show that the adsorption performance of coal-bearing Kaolinite can be improved greatly after dilute sulfuric acid hydrothermal activation.The adsorption rate on the methylene blue( initial concentration of 100 mg/L) could reach 99. 9%. The adsorption behavior of methylene blue fit well the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model,while the adsorption kinetics could best be described by the pseudo-second order kinetic equation.
