复合型道路融雪剂制备及其性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 选用氯化钙、氯化镁、醋酸钾及醋酸钙等为基础材料,利用单纯形重心设计方法,复配制得道路融雪剂CSMA,并与Mafilon和Verglimit两种常用道路融雪剂分别以一定比例掺入沥青混合料中,比较了三种融雪剂的融冰雪效果及其混合料的路用性能。结果表明,道路融雪剂CSMA最佳组成为21%氯化钙、31%醋酸钾、22%醋酸钙、26%氯化镁;与Mafilon和Verglimit相比较而言,CSMA的融冰雪效果较为明显,融冰雪效果的持久性较好;掺融雪剂混合料的抗水损害性能有所降低,但均能满足规范要求,高温抗车辙性能得到提高。 The chemical reagents such as calcium chloride,magnesium chloride,potassium acetate,and calcium acetate were selected as basic material compound preparation into a new snow-melting agent( CSMA) under the simplex-centroid experimental design method. The CSMA and two common snow-melting agents( Mafilon and Verglimit) were mixed into asphalt mixture to a certain proportion,respectively.The snow melting performance and pavement performance of three kinds of snow-melting agent were compared. The results showed that the optimum proportion of new snow-melting agent is 21% calcium chloride,31% potassium acetate,22% calcium acetate,26% magnesium chloride. Compared with Mafilon and Verglimit,the snow melting performance of independent research and development snow-melting agent on road is more prominent,the durability of snow melting performance is better. The water damage resistance of mixtures mixed with snow-melting agent decreases,but all can meet the specification requirements,and high-temperature rutting resistance performance was improved.
