摘要
通过改进的Hummers法制备得到氧化石墨烯,进一步通过超声剥离得到单片层氧化石墨烯(GO),用其作为膜改性剂,通过改进的直接浸没涂覆法,对聚丙烯无纺布膜进行表面改性,通过SEM、XRD、FTIR等对改性膜进行表征。结果表明,氧化石墨烯的特征官能团都出现在改性膜上,无纺布膜上负载上片层氧化石墨烯,用0.1 mg/m L的GO分散液浸没涂覆无纺布表面,纯水通量最大,增幅286.8%,高盐废水的通量为241.3%。
The modified Hummers method was used to prepare the graphite oxide. The monolayer of graphene oxide was obtained by ultrasonic stripping. The monolayer of graphene oxide was used as modifier.The polypropylene nonwoven film was prepared by direct immersion coating method. Surface modification,so that it has good hydrophilicity and permeability. The composite membrane is characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy( SEM),XRD and FTIR. The result showed that the characteristic functional groups of enriched graphene are film on the original non-woven film on the success of the load on the layer of grained graphene,and by testing the pure water flux that 0. 1 mg/m L GO dispersion immersion coated non-woven surface,the pure water flux was the largest,the increase was 286. 8% and the flux of high-salt wastewater was 241. 3%.
