浮针疗法治疗功能性便秘疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Superficial Needling in Treating Functional Constipation

目的观察浮针疗法治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将60例功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用浮针疗法,对照组采用针刺疗法。观察两组治疗前后临床便秘症状评分变化,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后临床便秘症状评分与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后临床便秘症状评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后便秘症状评分差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针疗法治疗功能性便秘疗效确切,值得进一步研究。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of superficial needling in treating functional constipation. Method A total of 60 functional constipation patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by superficial needling, while the control group was intervened by acupuncture therapy. The clinical constipation symptom scores were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups, and the clinical efficacies were compared. Result The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group versus 83.3% in the control group. There was a significant difference in comparing the clinical efficacy between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The clinical constipation symptom scores were significantly changed in the two groups after the treatment（P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference in the clinical constipation symptom score between the two groups after the treatment（P〈0.05）. The change of the clinical constipation symptom score in the treatment group after the treatment was significantly different from that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Superficial needling is definitely effective in treating functional constipation, and worth further study.
