项八针疗法治疗颈源性头痛的疗效及预防复发分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nape Eight-needle Therapy on Cervical Headache and Its Prevention of Recurrence

目的观察项八针疗法治疗颈源性头痛的疗效以及预防复发效果。方法选取颈源性头痛患者93例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(48例)和对照组(45例)。对照组给予丹珍头痛胶囊治疗,观察组给予丹珍头痛胶囊联合项八针疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效,记录患者治疗前、治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、一氧化氮(NO)水平,记录患者不良反应、复发率发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.8%,明显高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、入睡时间等PSQI指标评分均有下降(P<0.05),观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后IL-6、NO表达水平均有下降(P<0.05),观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后HAMD、HAMA、VAS评分均有下降(P<0.05),观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后均有皮肤发痒、皮疹、嗜睡、失眠、乏力等不良反应发生,观察组发生率为14.6%,明显低于对照组的33.3%(P<0.05);观察组复发率为6.7%,低于对照组的36.4%(P<0.05)。结论项八针疗法联合丹珍头痛胶囊治疗颈源性头痛,可改善患者睡眠质量、心理情绪,降低炎症因子表达水平,复发率低,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of nape eight-needle therapy for cervical headache and its preventing effect on recurrence. Method Ninety-three patients with cervical headache were enrolled and allocated, using a random number table, to an observation group（48 cases） and a control group（45 cases）. The control group took Danzhen headache capsules and the observation group received nape eight-needle therapy in addition. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups of patients. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PQSI） score, the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） score, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） score and the Pain Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） score were recorded and interleukin-6（IL-6） and nitric oxide（NO） were measured in the patients before and after treatment. The adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were examined in the patients. Result The total efficacy rate was 93.8% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 73.3% in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, PQSI sleep quality, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbances and sleep latency scores decreased in the two groups of patients（P〈0.05） and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, IL-6 and NO expressions decreased in the two groups of patients（P〈0.05） and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the HAMD, HAMA and VAS scores decreased in the two groups of patients（P〈0.05） and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, adverse reactions（skin itching, rash, somnolence, insomnia and lassitude） occurred in both groups and the incidence was 14.6% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 33.3% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate was 6.7% in the observation group, which was lower than 36.4% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nape eight-needle therapy combined with Danzhen headache capsules can improve the patients＇ sleep quality and psychological emotion and decrease inflammatory factor expressions with a low recurrence rate and high safety in the treatment of cervical headache.
