摘要 文章首先深入分析了喷气涡流纺成纱机理,阐明了其与转杯纺、喷气纺成纱机理的异同,然后从须条平行伸直度、须条加捻腔开纤化、落棉率、自捻效应、弱捻纱控制等 5 个方面重点阐述了喷气涡流纺过程控制关键技术要点及其研究进展,为高品质喷气涡流纺纱线加工与品质控制提供了解决思路. The mechanism of air-jet vortex spinning was analyzed in this paper, illuminating the similarities and differences compared with rotor spinning. And then, five key technology points for the process control of air-jet vortex spinning, including the parallel straightness of sliver, the splittable effect of open-end fiber from the sliver in twist chanmber, droppings rate, self-twist effect, the control of yarn weak twisting, as well as their research progress were elaborated, providing some solutions for the process and quality control of high-quality air-jet vortex-spun yarn.
