涡流纺纱车间能耗分析与节能措施

摘要 为了做好涡流纺车间的能耗分析与节能措施,文章对每个生产工序、每一台单机都进行了单独测试,找出了车间能耗高的根源。通过分析论证,提出了工艺优化、采用节能设备等有针对性的节能措施,回收利用废弃热源使其变废为宝,提高了能源利用率,将涡流纺纱车间的节能环保工作提升到了一个新高度。 In order to analyze energy-consumption in the vortex spinning workshop and get efficient energy-saving measures, some separate tests for each production process and each stand-alone machine were conducted in this paper, thus the causes of high energy-consumption in the workshop were identified. Through analytic demonstration, targeted energy-saving measures, such as process optimization, using energy-saving equipment, were proposed. The author also pointed out that recycle and reuse waste heat was a good way to improve the energy utilization rate of vortex spinning workshop.
