聚烯烃静电纺锂离子电池隔膜的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用静电纺丝技术,以聚乙烯-乙烯醇(EVOH)为原料,掺杂不同质量分数的纳米二氧化硅(SiO_2),制备了EVOH/SiO_2锂离子电池复合纤维膜。实验结果表明,EVOH纺丝液的浓度为18%、纳米SiO_2掺杂量为2%时,纤维的成膜状态及微观形貌最好,此状态下纤维膜具备良好的吸液率和力学性能;DSC和TG分析结果表明,制备的电池隔膜具备良好的热稳定性。 EVOH/SiO2 Li-ion battery composite fiber membranes were prepared by the electrospinning polyethylene-vinyl alcohol(EVOH) which was doped with different weight percentage of silicon dioxide (SiO2) nanoparticles. The results indicate that when the concentration of EVOH and SiO2 dopant of spinning solution is 18% and 2% respectively, the film shows the best integrity and microstructure with good absorbency and mechanical property. The results of DSC and TG prove that the prepared battery separator has good thermal stability.
