Incidence of Alzheimer in Persons over 60 Years Old in Taizhou City and Influencing Factors

目的:调查台州市60岁以上人群老年痴呆情况及其影响因素,为卫生管理部门制定政策提供科学依据。方法:通过多阶段分层整群随机抽样,共纳入760名老人进行痴呆量表问卷调查,采用logistic回归分析老年痴呆的影响因素。结果:760名老年人中痴呆人数为40人,老年痴呆患病率为5.26%。年龄≥80岁、女性、离异或丧偶、患有高血压、患有脑卒中是老年痴呆的危险因素,而居住在城市、户外活动≥3次/周是老年痴呆的保护因素,结论:年龄较大、离异或丧偶、较少户外运动以及居住农村的老人痴呆患病率较高,要尽早开展干预,并关注脑卒中、高血压的老人,以预防老年痴呆的发生。

Objective： To investigate the prevalence of Alzheimer and the influencing factors in order to provide a scientific basis for health authorities to formulate relevant policies. Methods： The sample area was selected by multistage stratified cluster random sampling method. 760 elderly people were investigated by inclusion criteria. The influencing factors of the prevalence of Alzheimer were analyzed by logistic regression.Results： A total of 760 elderly were surveyed,of which 40 were dementia and the prevalence rate of dementia was 5.26%. Age ≥80 years old,female,divorced/widowed,hypertension and stroke were risk factors for Alzheimer,while those living in urban areas,outdoor activities≥3 beats/week were the protective factors of dementia. Conclusion： The prevalence rate of dementia was relatively higher among people with older age,divorced/widowed,less outdoor activities and living in rural areas. The intervention should be carried out as soon as possible and the elderly with stroke and hypertension should be concerned to prevent the occurrence of Alzheimer.
