摘要
目的:调查愤怒情绪下医护人员的行为特征并提出针对性的解决措施。方法:对天津市3家医院43名医护人员进行问卷调查,分析愤怒情绪下医护人员的行为特征。结果:不同职称的医护人员在愤怒气质耐心维度有显著差异(P<0.05)。主任医师、副主任医师、护士愤怒气质耐心维度得分较低,主治医师、住院医师得分较高,实习医师和其他居中。状态怒总分与特质怒总分、愤怒表达总分、人际侵犯动机总分之间存在显著相关性。愤怒表达总分与特质怒总分、人际动机侵犯总分之间存在显著相关性,且均呈正相关。结论:医护人员愤怒状态虽倾向于愤怒发泄,但是在具体表达愤怒情绪时更多选择克制。医护人员的愤怒情绪会降低医疗质量,威胁医患双方人身安全。
Objective: To investigate the behavior characteristics of medical staff in the anger and suggest targeted solutions. Methods: 43 medical staff of three hospitals in Tianjin were investigated by questionnaire,and the behavioral characteristics of medical staff were analyzed. Results: There was a significant difference in the patient dimension of the medical staff with different titles( P〈0.05). The chief physician,the associate chief physician,the nurse's score was lower in anger patience dimension,the attending physician,the resident doctor's score was relatively higher,the scores of the intern doctor and others were general. There was a significant correlation between the total score of state anger and the total score of the trait,the total score of anger expression and the total score of interpersonal aggression. There was a significant correlation between the total score of anger expression and the total score of trait anger and the total score of interpersonal motivation,and all were positively correlated. Conclusion: The angry state of the medical staff tends to be angry,but it is more restrained in expressing anger. Medical staff anger will reduce the quality of medical care,threatening the physical safety of both doctors and patients.
